  1. Anti-aging mask. To prepare this mask you need to take dandelion juice in the amount of 5 ml, 1 avocado, 5 g of starch. Make a puree from the avocado and then mix all the ingredients together. The resulting mass should be applied to a steamed face, let stand for 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water. The mask can be applied to the face 2 times a week. After a few uses, deep and small skin folds even out noticeably and the relief of the face becomes more elastic.

Rosemary

Rosemary can be a good substitute for any of the medicines, as it contains the HSP70 protein, which can slow down the aging process at the cellular level. In addition, the plant contains tannins, fatty acids, vitamins and trace elements that can heal and rejuvenate the facial skin.

Rosemary is most commonly used in the form of essential oil, which can be purchased at most cosmetic stores and pharmacies. To prepare cosmetics at home, the plant must be grown by ourselves, as it rarely gets on the shelves of stores and pharmacies in its natural form.

  1. Rejuvenating mask. To prepare the mask, you need to grind half a banana into a puree, then add 50 ml of avocado oil and an infusion or decoction of rosemary. The amount of decoction or infusion must be calculated, given that the finished mask should resemble thick sour cream consistently. The product can be applied to the face 2-3 times a week, after which the skin becomes more elastic, wrinkles are smoothed out.
  2. Decoction. To prepare a decoction, you need to take 20 g of dry rosemary leaves, pour 200 ml of boiling water and put in a water bath for 15-20 minutes. The prepared broth must be filtered before use. Take 50 ml 2 times a day.
  3. Infusion. The drug is prepared from 50 g of the leaves of the plant, which must be poured with a glass of boiling water and infused for 3-4 hours, it is advisable to do this in a thermos or pack the container by infusion in something warm. After a certain time, the infusion must be filtered.

Important! Decoctions and infusions of rosemary can also be used in the form of compresses or make cosmetic ice from them.

Chamomile contains a lot of vitamins, minerals and organic acids that are valuable for the body. All this together helps to rejuvenate, moisturize and whiten the skin of the face and make it more elastic and softer. In cosmetology, the most effective result can be achieved by using decoctions and infusions of chamomile.

  1. Decoction. To prepare the product it is necessary to pour dry chamomile flowers - 25 grams with a glass of warm boiled water and put in a water bath for half an hour. The reconstituted broth must be filtered and, if necessary, diluted with boiled water. Means to dry the skin on the face and neck. After use, the wrinkles on the face are visibly reduced and smoothed.
  2. Infusion. To prepare an infusion of chamomile, you need to pour one tablespoon of dried and crushed plant with a glass of boiling water and insist for half an hour. The finished product must be filtered and, as in the previous recipe, wipe the facial skin with it.

Sage

Using sage for cosmetic purposes will help to cleanse the facial skin and preserve its youth for a long time. The plant contains anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic substances and that is why sage is so widely used in cosmetology.

  1. Infusion for the face. Synthetic sage infusions can be used as an additive to lotions or tonics, as well as in the form of compresses and lotions for the face. To prepare an infusion of sage, pour 3 tablespoons of dry ingredients with a glass of boiling water and insist in a thermos for 2 hours. The resulting infusion should be cooled, filtered, refrigerated and used as needed. From this infusion you can make cosmetic blocks - pour into molds and put in the freezer and wipe your face with them in the morning and evening.
  2. Decoction. Decoction of sage has an effective effect on the skin of the face, nourishes and tones it. To prepare it, pour three tablespoons of sage with boiling water and simmer for another 15 minutes. The resulting product should be cooled, filtered and washed with it once a day.
